Fast Tony isn’t much of a people monkey, and that’s just how he likes it. Unless you’re showing up with snacks, he’ll probably give you the side-eye and carry on with his day. But within his own social circle, Tony is larger than life! He’s bold, high-energy, and has a long history of living fast, playing hard, and making big impressions.

He was part of a large group of capuchins rescued from a rundown roadside zoo, where more than two dozen monkeys, some with infants, lived in overcrowded conditions. The rescue mission seemed simple at first, but surprises followed: three baby monkeys were born shortly after the group arrived at the sanctuary, revealing that not all the males had been properly vasectomized. Tony and the other bachelors were soon shuffled off for some long-overdue vet care and a new chapter in their lives.

These days, Tony shares his habitat, and most of his time, with Cindy, one of the babies born after the rescue. The two are nearly inseparable, and Tony’s wild energy pairs perfectly with Cindy’s affectionate, curious nature. Whether they’re racing across platforms, leaping through trees, or tossing toys around their enclosure, they do it all as a team.

Tony is known for pushing the limits during playtime. He’s not destructive for the sake of it, he just plays like he means it. His home often looks like a storm rolled through, but in Tony’s world, that’s the mark of a day well spent. While he may not care much for human company, he’s deeply loyal and fiercely devoted to Cindy.

Fast Tony lives big, plays hard, and doesn’t waste time on things that don’t matter to him, which, in his book, makes for a perfect life.
