At just six weeks old, Clementine was brought home as a 'pet' with her companion, Jethro, a marmoset. For years, they lived side by side until Jethro's protective nature escalated to the point that he would lash out at anyone nearing Clementine.

In search of a better environment for the duo, their family contacted Jungle Friends, hoping to secure a more appropriate habitat. Today, Clementine stands out as the most spirited cotton-top tamarin in Munchkinland.

She revels in sunbathing along her runway and scaling the habitat's walls, eager to keep an eye on the world around her.

Though it's rare to house mixed-species pairs, Clementine and Jethro's bond is so strong that they continue to share a home, embodying Munchkinland's unique 'odd couple.' Adorably, Clementine has even adopted Jethro's quirky hobby of making faces at passersby, solidifying their connection and companionship.
