Beth

Species: Brown Capuchin
Background: Confiscation
Date of Birth: 2/2/2026
Arrival Date: 03/31/2025
Beth was confiscated by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service after a major federal investigation into illegal breeding and trafficking on the Dark Web. She was one of eight monkeys rescued on March 31, 2025, and her arrival at Jungle Friends marked the beginning of her new life.

Beth is not one to fade into the background. She has a big personality, a sharp eye for detail, and plenty of sass. Always alert, she keeps close watch on her caregivers, as if she’s the one in charge. Whether she’s splashing in water, inventing new games with her toys, or standing tall to survey her surroundings, Beth throws herself into life with unmistakable fire and confidence.

Beth now shares her habitat with Lyn and Paul, two fellow capuchins from the same rescue. The trio has a special bond, though it’s clear Beth is the one setting the pace. With her determination, curiosity, and strong spirit, she is the embodiment of resilience.
