Gini Rose was kept as a pet for 12 years, but after multiple escapes and attacking neighbors, her guardian realized he could no longer properly care for her.

Understanding that Gini Rose needed a safe sanctuary setting with other monkeys, her guardian brought her to Jungle Friends and visits her frequently. Gini Rose was shy at first but soon became one of the most outgoing monkeys at the sanctuary!

She spends her days joyfully swinging upside down on her rope ladder and playing in the trees. Whenever someone approaches Gini’s habitat, she eagerly calls out and races over, always on the lookout for a special treat.
