Diego is a gentle cotton-top tamarin with a cautious heart and a curious spirit. He arrived at Jungle Friends after the closure of the research lab he once called home, trading in sterile walls for sunshine, fresh air, and a whole new way of life.

At first, Diego was reserved – unsure of the wide-open spaces and unfamiliar sights and sounds. But over time, his confidence began to grow, and he slowly started venturing out to explore his new habitat. These days, he's right at home at Jungle Friends and is often seen perched on his favorite branch, quietly observing the world around him with thoughtful eyes.

One of Diego's most endearing habits is the way he cocks his head to one side when he's curious – a simple gesture that somehow makes him even more adorable. And when snacks are on the horizon, he's not shy about making his requests known, often letting out loud, happy chirps when he lucks into a grape or sweet potato! Whether it's a favorite treat or a curious glance from a neighbor, Diego's world is full of quiet joys and small, meaningful moments. Though he still carries a calm and cautious energy, Diego's days are now filled with fresh air, interesting sights, and plenty of reasons to keep that cute head tilt in action.
